1. You will need the email address you used at checkout, as well as your order number to begin the process.

2. You must obtain a Return Authorization number through www.kzgear.com/returns to initiate your exchange or return.

3. All Clearance items are final sale, and not eligible for return.

4. All requests are subject to the terms and conditions detailed below.

Domestic Returns

If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you can return your new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus the original cost of shipping. Once your return is approved, KZ will cover the cost of your return shipping. We will not issue refunds for products that are postmarked after 30 days from the delivery date. Please read Terms and Conditions of your Return below for full details.

● If your item is being returned, please make sure your item is postmarked within 30 days of the date of your return approval. Returns that do not meet this criteria will not be eligible for full refunds or full value replacements.

● You will be refunded for the amount you paid for the product minus the original shipping cost paid.

● KZ is not responsible for returned products lost in route to the return shipper. Once the package is statused as “dropped off” with our carrier and the tracking number activated, KZ Gear will take responsibility for the package should it be lost in route.

● All Adventure Hunt sales are final i.e. we cannot accept returns or exchanges, nor issue refunds.

IMPORTANT: Your product must be returned unused in its original packaging. Customers returning product not in the original condition may be denied a refund, or could be subject to a restocking fee of up to 75% of the total amount of the original purchase price.
